WOMEN OF THE CHURCH

All women of the church are invited to attend every Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. to work on crafts & special projects and to enjoy Christian fellowship with our weekly potluck lunches. On the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 A.M. we have Bible study and business meeting. The Bible studies are held during the winter season.

After a time of caring for one another, the ladies begin caring for others through projects that serve the Lord! Support is given to St. John’s, as well as charities in the community, such as Birth Choice of the Desert, the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, O.K. for Kids, and others.  The ladies enjoy many projects together, including quilt making.  The proceeds are donated to agencies selected by the group.

On a broader scale, The Ladies of St. John’s support Lutheran World Relief, by making and sending health kits and quilts for victims of disasters.
